TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND GUARANTEES

1. Services are for web page design only. Web page hosting, domain name registrations, etc. must be arranged with an Internet Service Provider (ISP).
2. A quotation for your project is free. You describe what you would like and I will prepare a quotation.
3. All HTML complies with HTML 4.0 specifications.
4. All HTML is tested with Netscape Navigator 6.X and Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.X.
5. Minor modifications to pages are free of charge for a period of one year.
6. When completed, web pages may be delivered to you on disk, via e-mail, or placed directly on your webserver. If you prefer the latter, it is your responsibility to have your ISP establish FTP read-write access for me to your directories.
7. Fillout forms require a CGI script to process the data. Your ISP may have a script in place to handle such forms; coordination with your ISP may be necessary.
8. CGI scripts may not be permitted by your ISP. Negotiating script privileges is your responsibility. FTP read-write access and telnet access to your directories will be required.
9. Copyrighted media or trademarks will not be placed on web pages unless prior permission is secured in writing from the holder(s) of the copyright or trademark.
10. Satisfaction is guaranteed. A web page is not complete until you approve it.
11. Pricing structure may be modified slightly to reflect design variables, such as extremely complex or simplified layouts, client-provided copy and/or images, special design time-constraints, etc. Such pricing will be mutually agreed upon prior to project completion.
12. Payment is expected within ten (10) days upon completion of project unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
13. I assume no liability for client-provided content (images or copy), actions by web page visitors resulting from or in response to client-provided content, or damages or losses that may result from network or ISP related problems and unavailability.
